1. In game name (login name should be the same): wangmauler

2. List your alts that you play, or have played regularly from all empires (VS, TR and NC): n/a
Instead of alts, I'll toss up my favorite roles in PS2:
Any land/air gunner role(preferably tail gunners)
Heavy Assault

3. RL First Name: Chris(just call me wang, you won't regret it)

4. RL Age: 28

5. Time zone you play in/Frequency of play: EST/2-4 nights a week, from about 9pm-2am.

6. What or who brought you to DARK? You watched us on the battlefield? You spoke to a member? Let us know here: Sniper. I am also from the 331st Smoke Jaguar Clan. We moved out of PS2 as a unit and back into Mechwarrior Online(previously FROM Mechwarrior Living Legends). I currently play a lot of Tribes ascend, and quite a bit of PS2.

7. Anything you'd like to tell us? Additional comments or questions here: Although I'm 28, I'm in a progressive melodic metal band and am pretty immature when it comes to jokes and fun times, and the size of my Canadian Man Unit. However I get down and serious when it comes to perfection in organized play. I do my best to follow orders and support d00dz on the field. I also invented the phrase "w00t."

Okay not the last part, however, without googling the answer, anyone know what 'w00t' actually means?

Welcome wangmauler!

My guess is "wought" is the common spelling of it by people from England.

haha. Well IRC is right - back in the quake 1 days I saw people saying woo during matches when their team would win. my buddy and I would always say we scored a "win on the other team." Hence "w00t" shuffled it's way right around the same time a lot of other older phrases started coming out as well. Okay I don't think it was JUST me that 'invented' the phrase, but I over used it so much in multiple games it kinda stayed, however the meaning is lost. I've actually tried to toss the definition back onto wiki a few times, but someone keeps editing it out. :(

Jumped in here to say welcome to DARK, left with a history lesson on the origins of "w00t". 10/10.

Haha, welcome to DARK, wang (not regretting it yet).
