I've got a problem. And a dinosaur.
I purchased a gun you advertised at 125 SC via twitter, and was charged 350 SC (Solstice SF). I had seen it at 125 earlier in the day, but decided to wait until I got off work to purchase it. Here's why I think you should help me:
1: I'm a great customer. I absolutely love this game. I've spent well over $100 on this game already, and intend to spend more. I've also brought in 5 new players to the game, at least 2 of whom bought premium membership.
2: Happy customers spend more. I feel slighted by the fact that customer service refused my ticket. One price was advertised, and another was charged.
3: I know people who purchased it at the lower price. This makes me sad. And a little mad. Check ObsidianOne's account for reference.
4: I've drawn you a picture of a magrider blowing up a dinosaur. I really feel like this is important. Customer service was not impressed by my drawing. The magrider looks a bit like a tea kettle, but I still think it's pretty awesome.
Please refund the 225 SC difference between the two prices and I'll almost certainly spend it immediately, AND spend an additional 5 dollars on station cash as a thank you.
