It's no doubt some sort of exclusivity aggreement they signed w/ ProSiebenSat.1 to get discount rates on the partnership. They better make an exception at least for PS1 vets. Otheriwse they'll be breaking some outfits apart.
I'm 100% sure either there will be a way around it on release or the decision will be reversed.
